When founding CBis.com, the unique shareholder definitely wanted a new, different approach from the traditional BPO-offerings coming out of Morocco. Her initial focus was to offer a high standard of infrastructure Hosting for new Companies/Arrivals that were looking for the possibility to start up a Contact Center Platform in Morocco; so initially it has never been her intention to offer BPO Services. Her ambition was to offer quality of service based on the “Contact-Center-Hotel” principle where both established European Companies as wel as Local Start-Ups in the BPO could develop their business in a well-protected surrounding.

Early 2010 NewCo offered her a new challenge and partnership that that made her mind-set change without losing completely the origin of original approach.
